I am Amelia, or Mia, and I'm a junior in high school and a home baker.  I have been baking for 4 years and I have my food handler's certification. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved to help in the kichen. I fondly remember standing on a stool next to my grandpa making pancakes and cookies.  As I got older, I fell in love with the science and the attention to detail needed for successful baking. I love making pretty and yummy creations that bring a smile to everyone's face.
